ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days after payment is received.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.



SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including updated options during the ongoing Canada Post strike:
Standard Shipping (Delivered via 1st Class Canada Post). 

Important Note: Orders using this option will be held until Canada Post services return to normal.
 
Expedited Shipping (Delivered via Canada Post Expedited Service with tracking). 
Important Note: These orders will also be held during the strike.

Premium Courier Shipping (Delivered via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar, depending on your location).
Why choose this option? This option bypasses Canada Post, ensuring your order ships without delay.



DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: Typically, 3–10 business days (after Canada Post services resume).
Expedited Shipping: Typically, 1–5 business days (after Canada Post services resume).
Premium Courier Shipping: Typically, 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note these are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Standard Shipping: No tracking information is provided. Orders will ship after Canada Post services return to normal.
Expedited Shipping: Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Orders will ship after Canada Post services return to normal.
Premium Courier Shipping: Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email, and your order will ship right away.



LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@curlingcares.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to the extremely high cost of shipping calendars internationally, a tracking option is not currently available and must ship standard mail. 
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.



CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes will be made once an order is in processing or has shipped.
