SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

At CurlingCares.com, we are committed to providing you with timely and efficient shipping for all orders placed on our website. This policy outlines our shipping and fulfillment practices to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days after payment is received.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including:
Standard Shipping: most orders & items get shipped with Canada Post. However, this can change depending on item and delivery location.
Expedited Shipping: Many items include the option of upgrading their shipping option to “courier with tracking” which typically ships via Canada Post Expedited and tracking information with these orders will be included in shipping confirmation emails.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, destination, and total weight of the order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: Typically, 3-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Typically, 1-3 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order is shipping regular mail, no tracking information is provided. To get tracking information along with faster shipment, you must upgrade to the “courier + tracking” shipping option.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@curlingcares.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to the extremely high cost of shipping calendars internationally, a tracking option is not currently available and must ship standard mail.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes will be made once an order is in processing or has shipped.
